Relationship Material is an experimental take on sustainability through re-imagining the traditional dating app. Inspired by the concept of emotionally durable design, it allows users to treat each item in their wardrobe as if they are someone they are dating. Subsequently, users can view all their clothes, reflect on how they value them and are encouraged to use them more. The playful and humorous tone of the app introduces sustainable practices without users even realising.
